David W.'s Story
Life
I am happily married to Dawn and together we own a Townhouse located in Reseda, Ca. I have two children from a previous marriage, Melissa, 26, and Ian, 23, they both live in Portland, Oregon. Melissa has a 3 and a half year old son named Brice. So, I am also a Grandfather (it was bound to happen someday).
I am a Senior Quality Engineer at Wesco Aircraft located in Valencia. Wesco Aircraft is the world's largest distributor of aerospace hardware.I have been in the quality assurance/control field of aerospace for twenty-nine years.
For fun I play my two Martin Guitars with my musician friends, tend to our many pets (Oreo,the Cat, Spike and The Lizard of Oz, the Bearded...Expand for more
Dragons; Gizmo and Laila, the Uromastyxs (they are lizards from the Saharan Desert), Lola, the Leopard Gecko, and Sampson and Delilah, the Chuckwalla's, and also a 125 Gallon Tank with a variety of fish from the Amazon Basin.
I have a plethora of interests including the the history of the American Southwest including the Anasazi and other aboriginal cultures. I like to hike and camp when the opportunity arises. I also enjoy riding mountain bikes, tooling around in the boonies in my Tacoma TRD, outdoor photography, and reading.
I am also a member of the Southwestern Herpetologist Society and the Toyota Territory Off-Roaders Association.
